Ingredients of Eggless Cake Recipe

  • Fresh Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
  • Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
  • All-Purpose Flour – 1.5 cup
  • Baking Powder – 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Milk – 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. To make a Perfect Eggless sponge cake, first take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of fresh curd.
  2. Now add 1 cup of powder sugar and whisk well until smooth.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup of oil (Neutral oil), 1 tsp of vanilla essence, and whisk well to get the perfect texture.
  4. Now, place a strainer on the bowl.
  5. Now, into the bowl, add 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of baking soda, and sieve everything into the bowl.
  6. Now, mix everything well and make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
  7. Now, little by little, add 3/4 milk and mix well and prepare a semi-thick consistency batter.
  8. Now, take a cake tin, grease it with oil, place butter paper into the container, and grease it with oil.
  9. Directly transfer the cake batter into the cake tin and tap to remove bubbles.
  10. Then bake in a 180-degree preheated oven for 35-40 minutes
  11. After 40 minutes, check the cake with the help of a toothpick, and if the toothpick is clean, then your cake is baked perfectly.
  12. After the cake cools down, separate it using a knife and take it out on a plate.

If you want to bake cake in cooker (follow all the steps till 9 mentioned above)

  1. Now, place a cooker on flame and put a stand into it.
  2. Now, close the lid, remove the whistle, and preheat for 5 minutes on low, medium flame.
  3. After 5 minutes, remove the cover and place the cake tin on the stand in the cooker.
  4. Now close the lid and bake it on low flame for 35-40 minutes.
  5. After 40 minutes, remove the lid and check the cake with the help of a toothpick, and if the toothpick is clean, then your cake is baked perfectly.
  6. After the cake cools down, separate it using a knife and take it out on a plate.
  7. Now your Perfect sponge Eggless cake is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it
